The ex-cop made headlines when he went on a taking pictures spree in Wedza, killing three folks together with a police officer.
He was subsequently charged with extra murders.
Muvevi was then evaluated by two state docs, whose stories have been introduced in court docket on Monday.
Mangosi dominated after reviewing the stories that Muvevi was mentally incompetent to perpetrate the crimes and ought to be admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
