Zimbabwe’s ODI and Check captain Craig Ervine says that he’s unsure what is going to occur after the Chevrons didn’t qualify for the ICC Males’s T20 Cricket World Cup 2024.
Chatting with the media in Harare forward for the T20I sequence towards Eire, Ervine appeared to discuss an uncertainty about the place everybody was.
“I feel, clearly there are some new faces within the squad and people are perhaps adjustments which have come from the Qualifiers,” he informed the media.
“However having stated that, as a participant, I don’t actually become involved in all of these selections and issues that go on a bit bit increased up.
“Perhaps repercussions will come after this sequence, I don’t know,” Ervine continued. “However for now our focus is simply on turning up for this sequence and that we play the model of cricket that we’re pleased taking part in.”
Ervine was standing in for Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza who’s on his approach from the Abu Dhabi T10.
