We reported in November the North Seashore’s Condor Membership was trying to grow to be SF’s first strip club entered on the city’s Legacy Business Registry, a distinction accessible to companies 30 years previous or older, and makes them eligible for specialised grants to maintain these traditionally essential companies open. According to SFGate, District 3 Supervisor Aaron Peskin mentioned in endorsement of the Condor’s Legacy Enterprise utility that “The Condor served as a gateway of types between San Francisco’s Monetary District and the nightlife of North Seashore. Ms. [Carol] Doda and the Condor Membership had been elementary to San Francisco’s iconic repute within the mid- to late-Nineteen Sixties, and Ms. Doda remained a world-famous fixture round North Seashore till her passing in 2015.”
As we famous in our 2016 profile, the Condor Membership was the first club in the nation to feature topless dancing.
