Temasek Holdings’ wholly-owned funding platform, 65 Fairness Companions, has invested 150 million Singapore {dollars} (US$105.9 million) in Cityneon, a Singapore-based immersive leisure firm.
Cityneon, which is to rebrand itself as Neon, stated Wednesday that it’ll use the funds to broaden its enterprise, together with tapping into new markets and buying new mental property.
The corporate wrapped up a S$235 million fundraising spherical in April that attracted Citic Capital, Pavilion Capital and Qatar’s Doha Enterprise Capital, amongst different buyers.
The leisure supplier has partnerships with studios akin to Walt Disney Co. and Marvel Leisure, in addition to with the governments of Peru and Egypt.
Credit score Suisse suggested Cityneon on the deal.
